1 .Introduction

The following regulations and related documents are the general terms and conditions ("T&C") for all of you in the FastForward Global GmbH ("online shop") at FastForward Global GmbH, Pankratiusstraße 4, 52355 Düren, Germany (" FastForward Global GmbH "or" we ") placed orders.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with FastForward Global GmbH. When placing an order, you will be asked to agree to the validity of these terms and conditions for your order.

The terms and conditions in force at the time of your order apply to your order. We can make you special offers and place them under special conditions.

2. Conclusion of the Contract

(A) Goods available in website

You can purchase the products available in the website of our online shop.

(B) Declaration of Contract when placing an order

To place an order, you have to add the products you want to your virtual shopping cart, follow the instructions during the ordering process and provide the requested information (e.g. your address, means of payment, shipping method) and confirm that you have read these terms and conditions agree and have taken note of FastForward Global GmbH’s return policy. By clicking on the “Purchase” button at the end of the ordering process, you are submitting a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the products in the shopping cart (your “contract declaration”).

The contract between you and FastForward Global GmbH enters into force upon sending the confirmation by email.

If you have difficulties placing your order via the online shop, please contact our customer service by sending an email at info@designdrives.org, who will help you place your order.

(D) Further regulations

These terms and conditions are available in English. The contract is concluded in English. We do not save the text of the contract (order data and terms of sale). However, it will be emailed to you. You can also call up our terms and conditions at any time in the online shop and print them out using your Internet browser or save them on your computer.

3. Prices and Terms of Payment

(A) Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Any shipping costs incurred will be shown to you before you place your order.

(B) Terms of Payment

You can pay for your order with credit card Visa or Mastercard, or PayPal.

(C) Payment Methods

FastForward Global GmbH reserves the right not to offer certain methods of payment in individual cases. In principle, the following payment methods are available in accordance with the terms of payment mentioned in this section 3:

1-Payment by Credit Card

Payment can be made with the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. If you pay by credit card, your credit card will be charged when the goods are delivered. All credit and debit card transactions on this website are processed by Squarespace/Stripe a secure online portal that is used to process and automatically process information is responsible for your payment details in a secure environment.

2-Payment via Paypal

For payment via PayPal you will be forwarded directly to PayPal.

3-Default in payment

In the event of default in payment, we reserve the right to charge default interest in accordance with the statutory provisions. Further legal rights remain unaffected.

4-Retention of Title

The delivered products remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

5-Invoices

With your order you agree that the invoice for your order will be sent electronically.

4.Terms of Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided. During the ordering process, you will be given information about the availability of the individual products (e.g. on the respective product detail page). Unless otherwise stated in the online shop, the delivery time is approx. 4-14 working days. The delivery period is calculated from the time of our dispatch confirmation.

We would like to point out that all information on availability, shipping or delivery of a product are only approximate information and approximate guide values. They do not represent any binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates, unless this is expressly designated as a binding date in the shipping options for the respective product. If, while processing your order, we discover that the products you have ordered are not available, you will be informed separately by email. Statutory claims remain unaffected.

We reserve the right to limit the order and delivery of certain goods to a normal household quantity. At the latest when you add a quantity of goods that exceeds this limit to the shopping cart, you will receive a reference to the article-specific quantity limit.

If delivery to you is not possible, for example because delivery to the delivery address you specified is not possible, although the delivery time has been announced to you with a reasonable period of time, or because you have given an incorrect delivery address, you will bear the costs of the unsuccessful delivery.

5.Prohibition of Commercial Resale

(A) Private use and prohibition of commercial resale

The products are sold exclusively for private use; Any commercial resale of the products is strictly prohibited. The commercial resale of your customer account is also prohibited.

(B) Commercial resale penalties

In the event of one or more violations of the provision in section 5 (a) of these terms and conditions, FastForward Global GmbH reserves the right to block or delete your email address as a registered address.

6.Cancellation Policy

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. You will be able to find more information on the right of withdrawal and a sample withdrawal form on the Right of Withdrawal section on the specified side (see bottom navigation).

7.Warranty for products sold by FastForward Global GmbH

FastForward Global GmbH warrants you that the sizes and the colors made available to the description of the products are accurate so that there is no chance that you can get confused.

You are entitled to the statutory warranty claims for all defects in the purchased item that occur during the statutory warranty period. Insofar as we grant you a seller guarantee, the details result from the guarantee conditions that are attached to the item supplied.

9.Data Protection

10.Limitation of liability

We have unlimited liability insofar as the cause of the damage is based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by FastForward Global GmbH or a legal representative or vicarious agent of FastForward Global GmbH.

Furthermore, we are liable for the slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, the breach of which jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of the contract, or for the breach of obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance you regularly trust. In this case, however, we are only liable for the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. We are not liable for the slightly negligent breach of obligations other than those mentioned in the preceding sentences.

The above limitations of liability do not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health, assumption of a guarantee or fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

As far as our liability is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of employees, legal representatives and organs as well as vicarious agents of FastForward Global GmbH.

11.Final provisions

(A) Complaints/ dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution. This gives consumers the opportunity to resolve disputes in connection with their online order without the intervention of a court. The dispute settlement platform can be reached under the external link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . We do not take part in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board. (B) Applicable law, place of jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention (CISG). In the case of consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence is not withdrawn.

If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and FastForward Global GmbH is the headquarters of FastForward Global GmbH GmbH.
