SPEAKER 1

Dr. Tina Weissner

Independent Service Design Thinking Consultant at free your mind, Change & Transformation Agent at Consulting Impact, Service Design Researcher at BMW Group Designworks

Tina Weisser is an Innovation & Transformation Consultant and University lecturer with an entrepreneurial mindset and a human-centred approach. She founded her first Start-Up at the age of 24 and sold it successfully with 32, and enjoys the powerful synergy of strong theoretical principles and practice. Since 1999 she has supported companies to innovate and embed products and digital services. Her work encompasses the corporate, consulting, and manufacturing side of innovation across a broad spectrum of industries including automotive, aviation, telecommunications, sports, consumer electronics, retail, and healthcare. She has been fortunate to work on a diverse range of projects, including e-health self-management systems, e-mobility services for the automotive industry, or new digital services on board an aircraft.

She teaches Service Design Thinking at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich. Her focus is on user-driven innovation as a management approach, agile as a mindset, innovation leadership, and organisational development.

Prof. Dr. Eike Wagner

Change Strategist & Transformation Coach, Founder of emergize GmbH & Co KG, Professor of Management at Hochschule Macromedia

Prof. Dr. Eike Wagner is a change strategist based in Munich. Since 1999 he has supported the design and realization of change projects for companies such as Daimler, Audi, Siemens and SAP and helped start-ups such as Volcopter, ionity and Charge Now. Eike acts as Co-CEO of emergize and holds a professorship at Macromedia Hochschule. He drives the development of an emergent change approach based on insights from behavioural science, complexity theory, agility, and design.
